To cool and solidify fusion liquids, flaking is used. The finished product takes the form of a thin flake. The flake has four functionalities: conveyance, storage, transportation, and discharge. The drum is supplied with cooling water. Melting liquid gets caught on the drum's surface, cools, and solidifies. With a scraper, the solidified product is scratched and removed. There are two ways to supply a system with liquid that melts. We advise using the simple "Dip Feed" operating control. For high viscosity liquids, the roll for "Top feed" can be selected.
